We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Equipment Service Technician to join our team. This role ensures rental equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for customer use, playing a key part in delivering an outstanding rental experience.

Equipment Service Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers and partners.
- Operate equipment for loading and unloading for customers, internal drivers, and outside haulers.
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Explain safe operating procedures of equipment to customers.
- Perform routine checks to ensure equipment is safe and in proper working condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard, storage areas, and workspaces.
- Clean and maintain the appearance of equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment or facility.
- Complete inspection checklists and report issues to the Store Manager.
- Inspect returned equipment for damage, missing parts, or maintenance needs.
- Secure equipment to prevent accidents, hazards, or unauthorized use.
- Support team members as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license required; Chauffeur license preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and other yard equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
